Pierre de Lisse, a hidden gem on the Petite Côte, offers a unique intensive surfing course designed to combine athletic progress, total escape, and rejuvenation in the heart of a protected natural environment. From day one, each participant receives a personalized assessment of their needs, joins a group that matches their level, and receives tailor-made lessons: learning the ropes on the sand, warm-up exercises, gentle first waves, or performance training on beach breaks, depending on experience.
The course consists of two to three technical sessions per day: beginner or advanced lessons with video feedback, personalized advice on technique, adapting to currents and sandbanks, safety and orientation workshops. Particular emphasis is placed on discovering the site, which is still untouched by mass tourism: space, tranquility, and regular swells ensure rapid learning and progress, even for the most timid beginners.
Outside of classes, the team offers coastal walks along the cliffs, photography workshops to capture surfing at sunset, free time to observe marine wildlife, and opportunities to discover the crafts of the neighboring village. Accommodation is in a friendly surf camp or guest house, with full board: Senegalese cuisine, theme nights, sharing and conviviality guaranteed. Yoga and stretching sessions are included to optimize muscle recovery and concentration before returning to the water.
The equipment, included in the service, is chosen according to body type and experience, allowing everyone to feel supported and ready to push their limits. A daily assessment, video analysis, and personalized feedback ensure real and measurable progress, with photos and videos shared at the end of the course as souvenirs.
