Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear, flexible, and transparent.
👉 When booking, you pay a deposit (around 20%) to confirm your activity.
👉 The remaining balance is paid directly to the provider.
1. Cancellation by the customer
You can cancel your booking at any time before the scheduled activity date.
👉 Refund conditions apply only to the deposit paid on the platform.

🟢 Flexible activities
(simple organization)
Examples: massage, workshops, classes, coaching, simple leisure activities
- ✅ Free cancellation up to 24h before
- ❌ Less than 24h: deposit non-refundable
🟡 Semi-structured activities
(moderate organization)
Examples: surfing, paddleboarding, jet ski, guided tours, short excursions
- ✅ Free cancellation up to 48h before
- ❌ Less than 48h: deposit non-refundable
🔴 Structured activities
(significant logistics)
Examples: quad biking, safari, diving, long excursions, boat trips, bivouac
- ✅ Free cancellation up to 72h before
- ❌ Less than 72h: deposit non-refundable
🔴 Private or tailor-made activities
(dedicated service)
Examples: private boat, private excursions, events, group bookings
- ✅ Free cancellation up to at least 72h before
- ❌ Less than 72h: deposit non-refundable
👉 Some activities may have specific conditions indicated on their listing.
📌 Deadlines are calculated based on Senegal local time.

2. Modification of a booking
You may request a modification (date, time, participants).
👉 We will do our best to adjust your booking depending on availability.
Any modification:
- depends on the provider
- may result in a price adjustment
3. Cancellation or modification by the provider
Some activities may be cancelled or rescheduled due to reasons beyond the provider’s control:
- weather conditions
- safety concerns
- technical issues
- force majeure
👉 In this case:
- a new date or equivalent activity will be offered
- or the deposit will be refunded
4. Cancellation by Que Faire Sénégal
Que Faire Sénégal may cancel a booking in case of:
- availability errors
- technical issues
- provider unavailability
👉 In this case, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
5. Refund timelines
Refunds are processed using the original payment method:
- bank card
- Wave
- Orange Money
⏱️ Processing time: usually between 3 and 10 business days

- Contact us if you have any doubts (weather, conditions)
- Some activities require a minimum number of participants
👉 In case of cancellation due to insufficient participants: full refund
