Cancellation and refund policy

At Que Faire Sénégal, we strive to provide a smooth and fair experience, both for our clients and our local partners.
Our cancellation policies are designed to ensure flexibility, transparency, and mutual respect of commitments.

1. Cancellation by the Client

You can cancel your booking at any time before the scheduled date of the activity.
Refunds vary depending on the cancellation notice period:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before departure: full refund (100%) of the amount paid.
  • ⚠️ Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before: refund of 50% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure or no-show on the day of the activity: no refund will be issued.

These timeframes are calculated based on the local time (Senegal) of the scheduled activity.

Cancellation requests must be sent:

  • by email at: reservation@que-faire-senegal.com
  • or via WhatsApp to the number indicated in your booking confirmation.

2. Modification of a Booking

If you wish to change the date, time, or number of participants, contact us as early as possible.
We will do our best to adjust your booking according to the availability of the service provider.
Any modification is subject to approval and may result in a price adjustment if the new date or activity differs.

3. Cancellation or Modification by the Service Provider

Activities may be exceptionally cancelled or postponed by the provider due to reasons beyond their control, such as:

  • unfavorable weather conditions,
  • technical problems,
  • safety or public health concerns,
  • or any case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, travel restrictions, etc.).

In such cases:

  • a new date or an equivalent activity will be offered,
  • or, if you prefer, a full refund will be issued.

4. Cancellation by Que Faire Sénégal

Welocal, the operator of the Que Faire Sénégal platform, reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of:

  • a clear error in price or availability,
  • technical issues preventing confirmation,
  • or withdrawal of the service provider.

In these situations, a full refund will be automatically issued.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are made using the same payment method used during the booking (credit card, Wave, Orange Money, etc.).
Processing time usually ranges between 3 and 10 business days, depending on banks and payment operators.

6. Useful Advice

  • To avoid any loss, we recommend checking your availability before confirming your booking.
  • If you have doubts about the weather or local conditions, don’t hesitate to contact our team before the day of the activity.
  • Some activities require a minimum number of participants: in case of cancellation due to insufficient registrations, you will be fully refunded.
