How to make a reservation for an activity ?

Simply select the activity of your choice on our website, enter your desired date, the number of participants, and your contact details. Once your request has been sent, you will receive an email and a WhatsApp message confirming that your request is being processed.

Do I have to pay immediately when making the booking?

No. When you confirm your cart, no payment is required. It simply indicates that a 20% deposit will be due only once the date has been confirmed by the service provider.

When do I have to pay the 20% deposit ?

 As soon as the service provider confirms the date, you will receive a secure payment link (by email and WhatsApp).
This link allows you to pay the 20% deposit to confirm your booking.

How can I pay?

Deposit payments can be made by:

  • 💳 Credit card,
  • 📱 Wave,
  • 📱 Orange Money.

All payments are processed securely by Welocal, operator of the Que Faire Senegal platform.

Payment & balance

When do I have to pay the remaining amount ?

The remaining balance (80%) is paid directly to the service provider on site, on the day of the activity. The provider may accept payment in cash, via Wave, or through Orange Money.

Who receives my deposit ?

The 20% deposit is paid to Welocal / Que Faire Sénégal and serves to secure your spot and reserve the service with the provider.

What happens if the provider is unable to carry out the activity ?

In the event of a cancellation by the provider (due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure), you will be informed immediately and will have the choice of:

  • an alternative date,
  • an equivalent activity,
  • or a full refund of your deposit.

Cancellation & modification

Can I cancel my booking ?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. The refund conditions are:

  • 100% refunded if you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled date,
  • 50% refunded if you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before,
  • non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours before or if you do not show up.
How do I cancel or modify my booking ?

You can do this easily:

  • by email at reservation@que-faire-senegal.com,
  • or via WhatsApp at the number provided in your confirmation.
Can I change the date of my activity ?

Yes, depending on the provider’s availability. Contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust your booking free of charge.

The day of the activity

How do I know where to go ?

Once your deposit is confirmed, you will receive all the necessary information:

  • the name and contact of the provider,
  • the meeting location,
  • the exact departure time,
  • and practical instructions (attire, equipment, etc.).
What should I do in case of a delay ?

Notify your provider immediately via WhatsApp. Departure cannot be guaranteed in case of a significant delay that is not reported.

Can I contact the provider directly before the activity ?

Yes, once the date is confirmed, you will receive their WhatsApp number to communicate with them directly.

After the activity

Can I leave a review ?

Yes, and it’s even encouraged!
After your activity, you will receive a WhatsApp message inviting you to rate the provider and leave a review.
Your feedback helps support local providers and guide future travelers.

Can I recommend a provider to be added to the site ?
