From the very first minute, the coach analyzes the student’s physique and objectives: introductory session or technique improvement. After a comprehensive briefing, the lesson takes place on a deserted beach, surrounded by fishermen’s nets and the cries of migratory birds.

The flexibility of individual coaching allows for a variety of exercises: mastering the take-off, adjusting equipment to changing conditions, precise corrections, and quick integration of advice. The site, which is not very busy, promotes relaxation and safety.
