Terms and conditions of use

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Use (T&Cs) are intended to define the terms of collaboration between the platform Que Faire Sénégal, operated by Novazeo, and its partner providers.

The platform connects clients (residents and tourists) with providers offering activities, experiences, and services in Senegal.

2. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Any registration or collaboration with Que Faire Sénégal implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The provider acknowledges having read them and agrees to comply with them without reservation.

3. Nature of the Platform

Que Faire Sénégal acts as a commercial intermediary platform.

The platform:

  • lists activities (and not providers)
  • generates and distributes customer requests
  • does not guarantee any level of revenue

The provider remains solely responsible for:

  • the performance of the service
  • the final customer relationship
  • compliance with legal obligations

4. Registration and Information

The provider agrees to supply accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

  • identity
  • contact details
  • activities offered
  • service areas
  • conditions and constraints

Any incorrect information may result in:

  • suspension
  • or termination of the partnership

5. Pricing Terms and Pricing Policy

5.1 Mandatory Partner Discount

The provider agrees to grant Que Faire Sénégal a minimum commercial discount of 10% on its public rates.

This discount forms the basis of the collaboration with the platform.

Que Faire Sénégal is free to:

  • set the final displayed price
  • include its service fees and margin

5.2 Price Accessibility

The platform serves a mixed clientele:

  • residents
  • tourists

The provider agrees to offer prices that are:

  • consistent
  • accessible
  • adapted to the local market

Que Faire Sénégal reserves the right to:

  • refuse an activity
  • request a price adjustment
  • remove an offer deemed unsuitable

5.3 Mandatory Low-Season Pricing

The low tourist season is defined as:

During this period, the provider agrees to apply the following minimum reductions:

  • Flexible activities: -20%
  • Semi-structured activities: -30%
  • Structured activities: -40%

These reductions apply to the provider’s public prices.

Que Faire Sénégal may adjust these rules according to:

  • demand
  • the market
  • seasonality

6. How Customer Requests Work

Customer requests are generated by the platform and distributed according to internal criteria:

  • availability
  • quality
  • responsiveness
  • relevance

The provider agrees to:

  • respond quickly
  • ensure serious follow-up
  • honor the services booked

7. Commission and Payment

The client pays a commission of approximately 20% through the platform.

The balance is paid directly to the provider.

This commission covers:

  • the matchmaking service
  • marketing
  • management

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 Standard Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours in advance

8.2 Categorization

🟢 Flexible activities – 24h

  • massage
  • workshops
  • coaching
  • classes
  • simple leisure activities

🟡 Semi-structured activities – 48h

  • surfing
  • jet skiing
  • paddleboarding
  • tours
  • short excursions

🔴 Structured activities – 72h

  • quad biking
  • safari
  • diving
  • long excursions
  • boat trips
  • bivouac

Specific Cases

Premium / private activities → minimum 72 hours

9. Late Cancellation

In the event of a late cancellation:

👉 the commission remains retained by the platform

The provider acknowledges:

  • that they will receive no payment
  • that the commission corresponds to a service rendered

10. Exceptional Compensation

Que Faire Sénégal may grant exceptional commercial compensation.

  • up to 10% of the service price

It depends on:

  • the context
  • the activity
  • the provider

11. Provider Obligations

The provider agrees to:

  • fulfill their commitments
  • ensure safety
  • remain legally compliant
  • maintain consistent quality

12. Quality and Performance

The platform may assess:

  • quality
  • responsiveness
  • customer satisfaction

These criteria influence how requests are distributed.

13. Non-Circumvention

The provider agrees not to encourage a client to cancel in order to deal directly.

Any such attempt may result in:

  • suspension
  • termination

14. Liability

Que Faire Sénégal is not liable for:

  • the services provided
  • incidents
  • disputes

The provider remains solely responsible.

15. Force Majeure

No liability shall apply in cases of:

  • weather conditions
  • security issues
  • unforeseen events

16. Suspension and Termination

Que Faire Sénégal may suspend or terminate the partnership in the event of:

  • non-compliance
  • poor quality
  • harmful behavior

17. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Senegal.
