Cancellation policy
At Que Faire Sénégal, we do our best to offer a smooth and fair experience, for our customers and for our local partners. Our terms are designed to be clear, flexible and transparent.
1. Which category is your activity in?
Every activity belongs to one of the four categories below. It depends on the type of activity (vehicle, guided tour, workshop…), not on the provider. You will find it on the activity page, in the “Cancellation policy” block.

2. Cancellation by you
- Within your category’s deadline: the amount paid for your booking is refunded in full.
- After the deadline, or if you do not show up: it is not refunded.
Example. You book a jet ski ride for Saturday at 10 am. It is a structured activity (72 h): you can cancel free of charge until Wednesday at 10 am.
3. Private or tailor-made activity
If you book the activity privately (private boat, private excursion, group, event), the deadline becomes at least 72 h, even for an activity that is usually more flexible. If the provider requires a longer deadline, you are told before payment.
4. Changes
You can ask to change the date, time or number of participants. We do our best depending on the provider’s availability; the price may be adjusted.
5. Cancellation or postponement by the provider
Weather, safety, technical issue, force majeure: if the provider cancels or postpones, you choose between a new date, an equivalent activity or a full refund of the amount paid for your booking.
6. Cancellation by Que Faire Sénégal
Availability error, technical issue, provider unavailable: full refund of the amount paid for your booking.
7. Refunds
To the payment method used (bank card, Wave, Orange Money), usually within 3 to 10 working days.
8. How to cancel
By WhatsApp (number given in your confirmation) or by e-mail to reservation@que-faire-senegal.com, quoting your booking number.
Good to know
- Check your availability before booking.
- Contact us if in doubt (weather, conditions).
- Some activities require a minimum number of participants — if an activity is cancelled for lack of participants, full refund.
