One form, and your activity is no longer a well-kept secret
If you are here, you already know your trade. What you are missing is being found by the people looking for exactly what you offer: the traveller planning a trip, the resident wondering what to do on Saturday. This form is the first step. Fill it in carefully: we write your activity’s page from what you send us.
Who this registration is for
Every leisure, discovery and wellbeing professional based in Senegal: sole traders, associations, small businesses and established venues. Water sports instructors, pirogue boatmen and nature guides, tour guides, quad and 4×4 drivers, craftspeople and workshop leaders, cooks, wellbeing practitioners, leisure parks, drivers and transfer services. Size matters less than reliability.
One registration is enough, even if you offer several activities: list them all in the services table, and each one will then get its own listing. You do not need a website or an online payment tool.
What to prepare before you start
Gather these before you open the form and you will get through it faster:
- your contact details: trading name, main contact person, phone number (and WhatsApp if different), email, address, location pin, opening hours, Google Business Profile, and your social media accounts if you have them;
- a description of each activity: how it runs, duration, meeting point, number of participants, level required;
- your packages and prices, stating whether they are per person, per group, per vehicle or per boat;
- what is included and what is not (park entry fee, meals, transport…);
- at least three real photos of your activity, not pictures found online; a video is welcome;
- the year your activity started and the languages your team speaks, to be given in the company description.
The “Good to know” field is for everything a customer needs to know before coming: what to wear, minimum age, sea conditions, what to bring.
What our team checks
No listing goes live without being checked. We review the description and duration, the meeting point and number of participants, what is included and excluded, the languages spoken, your experience, starting with the year your activity began, and your photos. An honest listing that tells customers what to expect spares you disappointment and earns you good reviews.
What happens after you send it
- We review your application. If anything is missing, we get back to you to complete it.
- We work on your listing with you: description, packages, prices and photos. You set your prices; we go through them together. The resident rate is agreed with you for each activity.
- The Partner Terms of Use are presented to you before anything is published. They set out the financial terms of the partnership.
- Your activity goes live under the Que Faire Sénégal banner.
- Every customer request is passed to you: you confirm the date, suggest another or decline. Nothing is booked without your agreement.
- The customer pays 20% to secure their booking on the platform, by bank card, Wave or Orange Money. They then receive your contact details and the meeting place and time, and pay you the balance directly, on site, on the day of the activity.
Everything about how it works for professionals is set out on the Are you a professional? page.
