How to book your activity in Senegal
You pay nothing until your date is confirmed. Then 20% online to secure your booking, and the rest on site, on the day. Simple for you, fair for the team welcoming you.

Choose your activity
Each listing tells you the essentials before you commit: how it runs, the duration, the meeting point, the price, and what is included and what is not. Check the official fees note: when a park or site charges an entry fee, it is shown separately and paid on site; otherwise, the listing states “no additional official fees”.
Look at the price unit too: most activities are priced per person, but some (a quad, a jet ski, a private pirogue, a transfer) are priced per craft, per boat or per vehicle. The listing makes this clear.
Send your request, without paying
Give your preferred date, the number of participants and anything that will help the team welcome you properly: children’s ages, level, language, any particular needs. Confirm your basket with your name, email address and WhatsApp number.
You receive an email and a WhatsApp message acknowledging your request.
Your date is confirmed, or another is suggested
Your request is passed to the team running the activity. They confirm the date or suggest another slot (tides, weather, a schedule that is already full that day…). You are notified by WhatsApp and email, and you remain free to accept the new suggestion or not.
Pay 20% to secure your booking
As soon as the date is confirmed, you receive a secure payment link. You pay 20% of the activity price: this is the booking fee, and it confirms your reservation.
Payment methods: bank card, Wave, Orange Money.
Receive your final confirmation
Once the 20% is paid, you receive by email and WhatsApp:
– the contact details of the person welcoming you;
– the exact meeting point and time;
– a summary of your booking and practical instructions (what to wear, equipment, what to bring).
On the day: enjoy yourself, then pay the balance
Arrive at the agreed time and place. If you are running late or something comes up, let your contact know directly on WhatsApp. The balance (80%) is paid on site, directly to the team welcoming you, in cash, by Wave, by Orange Money or by whatever method has been agreed. Any official fees (park entry, a regulated crossing) are payable on site and not included in the price.

What if you need to cancel or change your date?
Write to us as soon as possible by email or on WhatsApp on +221778875972. Any change of date depends on what the team welcoming you can offer. Refund conditions in the event of cancellation are set out on the Cancellation policy page. If the activity is cancelled on our side or by the team on the ground (weather, unforeseen circumstances), you are told immediately and you choose between another date, an equivalent activity or a full refund of the 20% paid to secure your booking.
