Most last 20 minutes; the longest facial lasts 35 minutes. The session begins with a quick diagnosis to determine your skin’s needs: hydration, radiance, purifying, soothing or an anti-fatigue effect.

The routine and conditions

Depending on the option, the session combines a gentle cleanse, a scrub, a targeted mask, a massage of the face, neck and neckline, and a moisturising or revitalising cream. A light finishing touch can be added, without full make-up. The treatments adapt to all skin types, including sensitive skin, and the products are chosen for the climate and tropical skin. There is no need to arrive with your make-up removed: the treatment starts with a cleanse.

It is better to avoid make-up right after certain intensive treatments. Treatments, spa and towel are included. The treatment can be done as a duo depending on slots, and a hot or cold drink may close the session. Arrive a few minutes early for a comfortable welcome.
