Kundalini yoga in Ngaparou combines breathing, postures, concentration and relaxation, in a 1 h 15 group class or a 1 h 30 private class, for a group of 1 to 12 people. A kundalini yoga teacher leads, and the mat and cushion are included in the price.
Group or private
Three options, depending on whether you want to practise in a group or tailor-made:
- The group class (1 h 15): per-person rate, in a group, at fixed times.
- The private class for up to 6 people (1 h 30): a flat rate for the whole group.
- The private class for 7 to 12 people (1 h 30): a per-person rate, for a larger group.
Kundalini yoga is a practice that combines breathing, postures, concentration and relaxation, to foster balance, energy and inner wellbeing. It adapts to each person, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Group and private classes are booked in advance, private classes by appointment.
Preparation and flow
The 1 h 15 group class is taken in a group, with the dynamic of the other participants; the private class lets you build a session for a family, friends or a team, up to 12 people, at the group’s pace. For private classes, the appointment is set with the teacher. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and arrive a little before the class starts. The mat and cushion are provided.
If you live on the Petite Côte, a late-afternoon class is a way to close the day; for a group of friends or a family on holiday, a private class lets you choose your slot. If you are visiting, it is also a quiet moment away from the beach.
Ngaparou, a village on the Petite Côte
Classes take place in Ngaparou, a coastal village on the Petite Côte, calmer than the neighbouring beach resorts.
To extend the moment
After the class, the Somone lagoon is a restful setting, and Saly is close for dinner. Other yoga and meditation practices, a massage or a private beach day extend the moment.
